Discover the pleasure of play Through “Conscious Playfulness”
Playfulness is the key that opens the door to a world of well-being, recharges the mind and improves human relationships. It promotes creativity and well-being and above all sociability, rediscovering the enthusiasm of life through the authentic pleasure of play. “Conscious Playfulness” is an approach that uses playful tools as a means to increase our social and personal talents. In a protected space you experience spontaneity, self-awareness, your limits, you challenge yourself, you discover your resources and evolve together with others.
“CONNECTED WE PLAY – CWP” is the result of a harmonious combination of exercises designed according to the goal to be achieved, which originates from the various disciplines with which I have come into contact over thirty years of study.
In the sessions I wrap myself with tools borrowed from:
“Counselling and Empathic Listening”
“Laughter Therapy”
“Playfulness”
“Gibberish”
“Joydance®”
“Pedagogy of Joy”
“A Whole New Life®”
“Circular Dance”

I graduated in 1986 as a Tour Operator wanting a job that would make me travel a lot. A year later I participated in the selections to become a flight attendant at the Alisarda airline based in Sardinia. I overcome them all and move to Olbia for a few seasons. After being hired on a permanent basis, I had the opportunity to live in two other beautiful cities: in Florence, for eight years, and then Verona for 18 years in Verona. I approached for a short time the Buddhist Practice of the Soka Gakkai and this experience directed my curiosity towards some subjects concerning physical, psychic and spiritual well-being.
