To achieve this, I have several proposals that, by increasing joy and practicing laughter and play, will allow you to gain benefits on a physical, mental and emotional level.
You will be able to practice what you will learn during the workshops at home with your family and friends, once you have acquired the tools I will provide you.
Many scientific studies have found that laughter, play and “joie de vivre” strengthen the immune system and even support in cases of depression. These practices stimulate the production of beneficial hormones in the body: therefore, they are a valuable aid to increase the general state of well-being!

Laughter Club:
1 hour of play, laughter and sharing, reserved for adults on a weekly basis for at least three months:
- it allows you to reduce stress and strengthen the immune system;
- it can improve the quality of sleep;
- improves mood by triggering a positive attitude;
- it offers the opportunity to create new friendships and bonds of mutual support;
- It helps improve interpersonal relationships in your real life.
Play Club:
1 hour of pure play reserved for adults on a weekly basis.
- Stimulates and elasticizes the mind, improving cognitive functions;
- promotes spontaneity, creativity and self-confidence:
- it promotes social interaction by contrasting loneliness;
- increases the degree of resilience;
- it stimulates the imagination and increases one’s emotional awareness.
Workshop on the practice of Unconditional Laughter:
2 hours to discover laughter as a form of exercise and all the benefits related to it.
- You will learn to laugh voluntarily as a form of exercise to increase your overall well-being;
- you will play, dance, sing and have a great time;
- you will experience different ways of breathing that help to increase oxygen turnover and therefore feel better;
- you will regain possession of the lightness that belonged to you when you were a child in an environment with no judgment;
- The most immediate effect will be an increase in your energy and joy.
Playfulness Workshop:
From 2 to 4 hours spent entirely playing and having fun with other people who have in common the desire to relieve themselves of stress and have understood that playing is not just “wasting time”! You will learn many new games and you can also experience them with your family and friends. Simple, effective and replicable. You will look forward to repeating such a quality day spent like this!
Course of Connected We Laugh for School Teachers:

Maria Montessori emphasized the importance of movement in learning, arguing that it is closely linked to the cognitive and motor development of children: however, it is also effective in older students. According to Montessori, movement not only helps develop motor skills, but also actively engages the brain, promoting learning through direct experience.
