Many scientific studies have found that play and joie de vivre strengthen the immune system and even support in cases of depression. These practices stimulate the production of beneficial hormones in the body: therefore they are a valuable aid to increase the general state of well-being!

Activities

Play Club

A one-hour weekly meeting dedicated exclusively to adults, in a protected space where you can rediscover the value of play as a tool for personal and relational well-being.

The Play Club offers a pure gaming experience capable of:

  • stimulate and elasticize the mind, supporting cognitive functions;
  • to promote spontaneity, creativity and self-confidence;
  • encourage social interaction, counteracting the sense of loneliness;
  • increase personal resilience;
  • stimulate imagination and develop greater emotional awareness.

A regular appointment to lighten the mind, recharge and find lightness in the relationship with others.

Playfulness Workshop

From two to four hours entirely dedicated to active participation, movement and sharing with other people united by the desire to lighten daily stress and rediscover the value of play as a transformative experience.

During the workshop, simple, engaging and effective activities are experimented, easily replicated in one’s own family context or among friends.

The experience allows you to learn new relational tools and to experience moments of authentic lightness, in a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere.

More than just a workshop, it is a concrete opportunity to interrupt the usual rhythms and regain energy, presence and connection.

Course for school teachers

Would you like to improve communication with your students and contribute to their learning through more participatory and engaging ways?

It is possible to organize Connected We Play courses  divided into two full days or four half days, designed specifically for the school context.

Maria Montessori clearly emphasized the link between movement and learning, highlighting how the bodily experience promotes cognitive development and active participation.

Movement, in fact, not only supports motor skills, but involves the brain directly, facilitating more effective and lasting learning.

Even in older students, introducing elements of conscious playfulness during the lesson can produce concrete benefits.

Participating in a playfulness course allows teachers to:

  • reduce the level of stress related to professional activity;
  • introduce more dynamic and engaging teaching methods;
  • promote more effective learning through movement;
  • create a more positive and collaborative classroom climate;
  • learn useful techniques for emotional and relational management;

Integrating playfulness into teaching does not mean renouncing authority, but enriching the educational process with tools capable of increasing attention, motivation and quality of the relationship.

Experiential withdrawal proposal

It is also possible to organize experiential retreats of one or more days, dedicated to those who want to experience a deeper immersion in the practice of conscious playfulness.

The retreat represents a privileged space to slow down, get out of the usual rhythms and devote oneself to personal and relational work through:

  • cooperative games;
  • movement activities;
  • presence and listening exercises;
  • group dynamics;
  • moments of sharing;
  • emotional lightening practices.

It is an experience particularly suitable for groups, teachers, operators, professionals or people who want to find a space of lightness and regeneration.

In a natural and welcoming context, the retreat allows you to recover energy, creativity and authentic connection with yourself and with others.
